We provide a wide range of surface finishing solutions
Our paint workshops include a dedicated air-dry facility and two automated powder coating lines which enable us to offer a fast turnaround.
Stove cured wet paints and powder coating are provided along with pre-treatment processes including degreasing and shot blasting. We can also provide pre-paint masking solutions to customer/drawing specifications, and also screen printing.
Our shot blasting facility and environmentally-friendly degreasing system allows us to prepare the items for painting on-site. Alongside our NACE certification, we are approved applicators for Ameron, Carboline, Hempel, International, Sigma and PPG on and offshore paint systems. With our on-site silk screening service we can offer you the complete solution.

Degreasing
In order to reduce our impact on the environment, we now use aqueous degreasing with a phosphate pre treatment process.
Shot Blasting
Shot blasting using alloy oxide or chilled Iron to customers specifications.

Masking
Where there is a need for areas of the work to remain paint free, we have a wide range of masking Solutions.

QUality Paints
Our customers can be guaranteed that our paint suppliers are of the highest quality. Manufacturers include Acron (PCS/Polybond), Becker, Akzo-Nobel, HMG, Trimite, PSG , Valspar, Thermaset, and Paramount. We are able to supply most standard colours and finishes that can be ordered on a next-day delivery. BS, RAL and Pantone colour systems and colour matching if required.
We are approved applicators of high specification multiple coat systems for products in offshore and subsea environments. We utilise high quality, high spec products from Sigma, International, PPG, Hemple, Leighs & Carboline paints, working to approved specifications, and recording data for certification.
